The practice of chair yoga can help improve posture, reduce muscle tension, increase flexibility, and enhance overall well-being. Additionally, regular chair yoga sessions can help employees manage stress, improve focus and concentration, and boost morale.

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be practiced while seated on a chair or using a chair for support. It is a practical and convenient way for employees to de-stress, relax, and rejuvenate during the workday.
This practice has been designed for Every Body - people of all abilities will be able to participate and experience the benefits in the workplace and the home. Beyond improved balance, coordination and posture whilst at work, regular application of these techniques over time can support wellbeing in other areas, such as respiratory and cardiac health.
As a certified EFT practitioner, I am a passionate advocate for integrating some of the principles of yoga into the workplace. Though our program also offers emotional support through EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), chair yoga education can be delivered over a single session and is focused on practical stress-reduction techniques.
To boost morale, improve workplace well-being, and create a more positive work environment, consider incorporating chair yoga and EFT into your company's wellness program.
