Introduction to EFT

Stress can make us reactive to and create unnecessary friction in the workplace, which can affect the business if not addressed in a proactive way. My role is to support local teams in the Bundaberg region through the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). EFT tapping is a proven therapy that involves tapping the body's meridian points to balance energy and relieve stress or negative emotions.


The EFT Education Workshop can be delivered over a single session, with participants gaining a theoretical grounding in the practice as well as instruction on practical stress-relieving activities.


By integrating EFT techniques into the workday, employees can effectively manage their stress levels, improve their focus and productivity, and enhance their overall sense of well-being. This can lead to a more positive work environment, increased job satisfaction, and lower rates of burnout and absenteeism.


As an EFT practitioner I can help you meet your obligations under Queensland's WHS legislation to safeguard the psychological well-being of your employees and instil good habits for long-term physical health in an office environment.




One of the key benefits of incorporating EFT techniques into the workplace is that they are easily accessible and can be done discreetly at any time. Employers can offer training sessions or workshops to introduce employees to the practice and encourage them to incorporate it into their daily routine. Additionally, incorporating EFT into in-service presentation classes can help employees learn how to manage stress and improve their well-being in a supportive and collaborative environment.
