For a holistic approach to approach to supporting staff, consider our combined yoga and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) workshop for your staff.

This workshop includes many aspects of EFT, tapping and yoga, and can be delivered over a single session. This provides a good introductory overview of the practices that can be integrated daily into the workplace and the benefits they bring without placing unrealistic demands on the participants.

Chair yoga, a gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting or standing using a chair for support, offers numerous physical and mental benefits. It helps reduce stress, improve focus and concentration, increase energy levels, and alleviate common workplace ailments like back pain and stiffness. EFT, on the other hand, is a form of psychological acupressure that involves tapping on certain meridian points to reduce stress and negative emotions. When combined, chair yoga and EFT create a holistic approach to employee well-being that can significantly improve overall productivity and morale if integrated into daily life.

One of the key advantages of incorporating chair yoga and EFT classes in the workplace is their accessibility. Unlike traditional yoga classes that require a large floor space and specialized equipment, chair yoga can be done right at the desk or in a meeting room, making it easy for employees to participate without disrupting their workday. EFT sessions are also typically short and can be done discreetly, making it a convenient option for busy professionals.
